Rob'e Mans Automotive Service

The team at Rob’e Mans has been all around amazing. I’d had an issue with brakes that Goodyear claimed was not a problem so I took it to Rob’e Mans (Infiniti location) for inspection because I had trust they would do a thorough inspection and identify the problem. Thanks to the report they gave me, I was able to challenge Goodyear and get a full break and rotor replacement at no cost due to their error. So thankful to Rob’e Mans for that. They are not only knowledgeable in the work they do but they’re also honest, kind, and provide excellent customer service. Cheers to Cody & Rick at the Infiniti repair location and to Ashley at the Mercedes location for going above and beyond.

My experience with Rob’e Man’s Automotive Service has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. I originally brought my 2009 Porsche Cayenne to the shop because of an “Ignition Lock Faulty” message that was caused by water intrusion. When I picked up my vehicle after the initial repair, I immediately noticed that my light tan interior had been returned extremely dirty, with oily fingerprints, stains, and residue throughout the vehicle. The entire interior also reeked of motor oil. The smell is so overwhelming that it gives me headaches, makes me feel sick to my stomach, stays on my clothing, and even lingers after I get out of the vehicle and go into my home. This was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the original repair was not even completed correctly. Every time I accelerated, I could still hear water sloshing back and forth inside the vehicle, meaning the water intrusion issue had not been fully repaired. I had to bring my vehicle back a second time to have the same problem corrected. Before I picked up my vehicle the second time, Ashley told me that the upholstery had been cleaned. When I arrived, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned at all. The

I recently took my Toyota 4Runner to Rob'e Mans Automotive Service and had a great experience. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They performed several maintenance services, explained everything clearly, and never pushed unnecessary work. Communication was excellent throughout the process. They even gave me a ride while my vehicle was being serviced and picked me up when it was ready, which was greatly appreciated. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, and Rob'e Mans definitely earned my confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality automotive service.

Rob’e Mans Automotive Service is the best. We bought a BMW 2017 530i cash so my first were to bring to Rob’e cause great service in the past. Rob’e Did a Diagnostics, text a printout to both me and husband we gave a call to asked what were the most important that need to be done first. Great customer service told us what were most important so we got that done payed and has appointment to complete the other problems. The. best thing about Rob’e they don’t try to beat you out of money like other company’s. Straight forward and will tell you if it don’t need fixing.. Overall don’t take my word experience Rob’e Mans Automotive Service for yourself you want be disappointed you will return and tell friend family where to take their vehicle.

I was buying an older Honda SUV and I knew it needed more than I could see for myself. I was able to take it in and get a quick quote that day, everything was explained to me perfectly well and they actually ended up saving me some money with some minor suggestions. Everyone was kind and patient and customer service was above and beyond. Very professional
